Terms & Conditions

Booking:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

• Places are limited to a maximum of four people per workshop. Early booking is recommended.
   

Cancellations:

​

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund (minus a small admin fee if applicable).

• If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, no refund can be given unless your place can be filled.

• If Nurtured Stitch needs to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
   

Missed Sessions (for ongoing courses):

• Refunds cannot be offered for missed sessions within a course or term.
   

Materials:
 

• Workshop briefs will explain what to bring.

• Some materials may be provided; others may need to be brought by you.
   

Accessibility:
 

• Please note there are steps at the venue which may affect accessibility.

• There is also a dog at the property (not present in classes).

• The studio is located in the garden. Equipment and sewing machines will need to be transported from your vehicle to the studio, so please make provision for this if you are bringing a machine.
   

Parking:
 

• There is parking space available for 3–4 vehicles at the property.

• Additional on-road parking is available nearby.
   

General:
 

• Workshops are designed as a supportive, relaxed space. Respectful behaviour towards others is expected at all times.
